Welcome to Cloud9 HTML5 The goal is for your office to start using HTML5 without a pause in your daily routine. This document is designed to help you:

• Transition from using the Cloud9 Silverlight format to the browser-based HTML5 format

• Learn the newest features available in HTML5

In HTML5, you’ll be able to perform your daily functions as you do in Silverlight. You may need to access Silverlight from time-to-time to customize your office’s setups and configurations. The content of the Silverlight and HTML5 windows are similar; however, HTML5 is menu and button-driven more so that Silverlight. Once you become familiar with the look and functionality of HTML5, you’ll discover the consistent menus and buttons throughout HTML5. HTML5

Silverlight: Icon-driven Access to functions in Silverlight is icon-driven.

HTML5 Buttons

• Quick access buttons located in the upper right-hand corner of the HTML5 screen.

Access to Location Schedules The Schedule window provides you with access to the schedules for each offices’ locations. Depending on how the schedule is set up in Silverlight, you can access location schedules via tabs or from a dropdown list.

Silverlight Setup:

If an employee is set up in Silverlight with an App preference to “Show Schedule Views in Dropdown”, the schedule view displays the location schedules in a dropdown list instead of separate tabs across the top of the schedule.

Note: The set up will apply to both Silverlight and HTML5.

Note: If the checkbox is not checked, then the location schedules options display as tabs, instead of in a dropdown list:

Appointment recap information displayed across the bottom of the Silverlight Schedule window. Also, the Reload button is Refresh in HTML5.

HTML5 Edit Patient Window The Edit Patient window in HTML5 and Silverlight share the same functionalities. In HTML5, users can designate a referral as a person or company.

Silverlight: Users add companies directly from the Edit Patient window and select companies as patient referrals. In Silverlight, if users want to identify a company, like Google, Billboard, or Facebook, as a patient referral, they set up the company as a ‘person’.

From the History tab located in Edit Patient, users can click View to see a patient’s corresponding document

HTML5 Reports The reports available in Silverlight are also available in HTML5. The layout of the report windows is similar in both HTML5 and Silverlight.

Once a report is selected, the Report Viewer displays with the selected report’s parameters.

The Patient Statistical Profile Report has an option called ‘All’ to show all activity and included all patient statuses.

HTML5 Companies Users access Companies from the HTML5 Home menu.

Users can add and edit companies in a new Companies window:

• Click Add to add a company

• Double click in a field for the displayed company to edit data for a company

HTML5 Employee Time Clock For offices that use a time clock, the Employee Time Clock is available in HTML5 to track employees’ time and gather information to perform payroll functions.

The Employee Time Clock:

• Displays the server time adjusted to show current, local time based on the user’s logged

in Schedule View.

For offices that use a time clock, the Employee Time Clock is available in HTML5 Cloud9 to track employees’ time and gather information to perform payroll functions.

Edit Menu Password Reset Users can reset their password in HTML5, via the Edit Menu. Users are prompted to change passwords 5 days before the password expires.

Patient Lookup Patient Lookup When users click Enter on their keyboards, Cloud9 selects the highlighted patient and proceeds to the appropriate screen.

Gaidge Gaidge Reporting Gaidge users enter Treatment Card Visits and Comments and have them included in the reporting to Gaidge.

Person Lookup Add button Users have the option to add a new person from Person Lookup dialog box.
