Product Construction & WarrantyAll of our products are made 100% in the USA including sewing, frames, and assembly using domestic and foreign components.Frame: Construction - Hardwood, at all Stress Points. High Quality OSB for all “Filler” places, such as the front arm and bottom base board. All OSB is supported by Hardwood. The rim on the front of the seat is covered in a thick foam for a soft edge.Factory Warranty: For the Normal useful life of the product. 100% warranty for 1 year on parts and labor needed for issues such as factory defects in Workmanship, or Raw material materials used in the product.Springs: 8 gauge, Sinuous, No-sag springs are used in all products and supported by hardwood Clip Rails, and hardwood Seat Stretch Rails. All springs are attached together with a heavy-duty border wire.Backs: Fiber blown backs. Some larger backs are blown into 2 separate chambers to keep the fiber from shifting. 3 types of backs.1) Scatter Back - Back pillows are loose and float freely along the back.2) Fitted Attached Back - Backs are shaped and fitted to the frame as well

as attached to the frame.3) Fitted Double-Sided Unattached Back - Backs are shaped and fitted to

the frame, but remain unattached enabling it to be flipped and rotated as needed, and can even be removed to for cleaning. These backs are designed with a half inch push on the sides therefore allowing the backs to remain upright and placed correctly against the back.

Fabrics: Our Fabrics are carefully selected from the same manufacturing plants in China that all other furniture manufacturers purchase from. Arms: All stress points are constructed of hardwood, then wrapped in cardboard for a smooth feel. Next is the foam padding for comfort, then wrapped in fiber for a smooth, even, and consistent look.Legs & Installation: Products are married with a variety of different stylish legs of both wood and plastic. Wood legs have a lag bolt that screws into the bottom of the unit. Plastic legs attach using standard wood screws. All Legs are included in price but can not be changed due to different lengths and hole settings.

Parts Request: The factory will replace any manufacturers defects it deems is a valid defect up to 1 year after purchase after these steps have been followed:Customer must send a picture of the part needed with a detailed explanation, the model #, the date received along with your PO# and send it to your sales rep or to our customer service agent at the factory.Chargebacks: NO CHARGEBACKS will be allowed unless the factory approves it first in writing. If the factory agrees with a client’s chargeback, a credit memo will be issued that can be used on your next order. Any deductions made without following these rules, will jeopardize future orders being processed.Pricing: Volume A Net Pricing = Full truck 1 sku only

If 2 retailers would like to split a load, a 5% fee will be added onto each invoice.Terms: If you are approved for terms with our factor, Eagle Capital, you will have open terms but if you pay past your terms, a 1.5% late fee will be assessed.If you choose to prepay, funds must be received 2 WeekS BeFORe production date, and you can deduct 2%. No LTL shipments will be offered.Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards after the store completely fills out our authorized form, and we add a 3% fee onto every order.We will offer our low, national freight rates and if customers want us to book the freight, we will add the freight cost as a line item on each invoice. • All seating cushions are two sided so they can be flipped, unlike many other firms in the same price point.

• Metal zippers and back cushions can be refilled if necessary.

• Foam is purchased from Elite Comfort Solutions and the Carpenter Company, both who are premium US owned foam producers. Both companies are located locally to the plant that will ensure on time deliveries and no supply chain interruptions.

• The 5 -1/2” solid foam cushion cores made from 1.5 density foam topped with 1.5 oz. fiber wrapping. This combination will give your customers great comfort with consistency in the feel from cushion to cushion. (Includes 5 1/2” pillow top mattress).

• All sides are padded with solid foam, not fabric draped.

• Foam manufacturing quality is improved due to the high reputation of quality foam from these two US manufacturers versus inconsistent quality from the pocketed coils being delivered from Asia.
