Affiliated Organization Selection

The QHN platform allows great fl exibility in the usage of the system. One of these features is the ease of access for those associated with more than one organization. You no longer need multiple logins. You now use one login and simply select the organization you are affi liated with for the session.

• Once you have logged into the system, if you are associated with more than one Organization, a screen will open with a listing of your affi liated Organizations.

• Select the Organization you wish to connect to for the session.

• To change your Organization, any time you are logged into the system, simply click Change Organization and it will take you back to the screen above. Please Note: It is important that you select the correct

associated organization as this ensures you are viewing the complete patient information for your practice location.
