This innovative technology significantly reduces photobleaching and phototoxicity which makes it ideal for studying live cell activity in an undisturbed environment. The increased performance of the system is a result of several proprietary optical modifications. Camera Quorum can provide a variety of cameras to suit the end user’s needs from highly sensitive EMCCDs to high resolution cameras. Many Models are supported. We also have the ability to use high speed full colour cameras to capture multiple channels at once. Lasers Diode lasers are available in a wide array of wavelengths and powers ranging from 405 to 750nm and 2-500mW. The minimum life expectancy is 10,000 hrs per line. Features include a standard power requirement, stable and precise output, operating temperature of < 23ºC and narrow excitation wavelengths.
