Energy club was inaugurated on 1st March 2017 in association with

Department of Mechanical engineering and Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Energy club is setup with a vision of imparting the knowledge on harvest-

ing techniques of energy from non conventional techniques and make the stake

holders of RRIT aware of necessity of green technologies for present and future.

Energy Club has signed MOU with Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Rural

Energy and Development (MGIRED), Bengaluru for conducting various training

programs and to provide internships for students of RRIT specially in the field of

Rural development and renewable energy sources.

The club is actively handled by Prof. Pavan Kumar Reddy of Mechanical

Engineering department and is coming up with various programs and activities for

the benefits of society and stakeholders of RRIT.

Energy Club has Conducted 2 Programs so far,
