Dear students

Engineers are icon of commitment to serve to society and

development of country. It is engineer who makes the nation, by

developing new technology and idea. Today china is the biggest

economy, on the bases of their engineer’s commitment and

innovation they beat USA. Engineers play key role in

development of china, India is also not far behind them we stands

3rd even after all its limitation. India put first step toward fast

development in late eighties when Rajeev Gandhi brings telephone

& Computer to India.

My words are pretty clear that and electronics engineer can

change the economy of any nation. Good engineer with innovative

brain will bring India to Number one position. I give my best

wishes to all students happy life, become good human being and

engineer. Bring our nation to 1st position that must be only goal

of every citizen spicily electronics engineer as they are playing

key role in the development of nation. Do you people know that

61% of Indian GDP is depends on telecommunication and

electronics this development was started in 1991.

Distributed electronic interlocking for

automatic signaling system

Amit choudhary , Monali Pote, Bhagyashree Vishwakarma, Gokul Mehadiya

Final year B.E., Dept. E&C

ABSTRACT-

Now a day‘s, its herculean task to manage the train movement

between various stations in a railway division involving manual labor

and data transfer through phone calls and record entries.

Constant signaling is needed at each station the train crosses by, with

the flag master waving the green flag and being reciprocated by the

respective guard under duty. The respective stations control the

signaling but can be signaled only after proper authentication from the

Signals & Telecommunication department in a divisional Railway

under various Zones. The main objective behind making any project is

to learn & innovate new things. This project is a real time project &

already in use by Metro railways, we want this to be implemented in

Indian railway system. Our project is to develop a system which

automatically controls the signaling of the train on a particular track

line, by establishing optical sensors at particular intervals along the

track length and by taking the feedback from the sensors, the signaling

will be done by the logic written in the micro controller programming

and a the movement of the trains can be monitored in a display at the

Route Relay Interlocking department and the Signals &

Telecommunications department. The project highlights the concepts

of managing the train movement between the stations thereby

reducing the probability of collision and wasting of time by using

distributive and computational system. The project concludes with the

route relay interlocking systems. We can modify this project further

by implementing automatic break in trains.

Keywords— Relays, Microcontroller, LCD.

• INTRODUCTION-

Railway traffic control requires dedicated point-to-point

and point-to-multipoint circuits for communication over

larger number of signal points spread along the track. A

typical dispatcher control section spreads over 200

kilometers with 30 to 40 signal points. Delay in travel is

major concern for everyone these days. Now a day‘s

signaling is most often become a hectic task in managing

trains. When this delay is occurring in remote areas or

during night times the loss or damage being caused is at

higher rates. The losses are heavier due to improper reach

of service at right time due to improper communication.

The automatic signaling system can overcome such delays

and problems particularly in the off-station signaling. The

train management system can be broadly classified as:

• One train only system.

• The train staff and ticket system.

• The pilot guard system.

• The following train system.

• The absolute block system.

• The automatic block system.

Automatic block signaling system (ABS):-

• ABS is a railroad communication, tracks are divided into

blocks of one km and signal booths are placed at the end

of one km.

• System controls the movement of train between the

blocks using automatic signals using computational and

distributive system.

• A train moving in one direction on a track uses this

signaling system.

• Automatic operation comes from the system ability to

detect if the forward blocks are occupied or vacant.

R-TOES’16

II. SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

Once the train is off the platform in a particular station, then the

signaling can be done automatically by its movement depending on

the traffic ahead of the train. When the train starts moving, it moves

forward if and only if it gets the green or yellow or double yellow

signal for forward blocks. If the signal is red driver will stop at that

block only.

Aspects of signaling:-

In ABS we are using four aspects signaling, they are;

• Red signal- Indicates stop signal.

• Yellow signal- Minimum clearance of one block.

• Double yellow- Minimum clearance of two blocks.

• Green signal- Minimum clearance of three blocks.

This type of signaling is used mainly to allow multiple trains on a

single track thereby reducing the time wastage and collision of

trains. The train moves as per the front signal the signals keep

changing behind the train as per the movement, giving safety of

three tracks. Here we are using relays, microcontroller, track

changer (point). With the feedback and the program code in the

micro controller, the programming is done using ‗c‘ and assembly

level language. We can also provide a display at the RRI indicating

the train position.

Block diagram:

Project is mainly divided into two systems-

• Computational system: It is the main part of the

project, & is situated at the control room, all the

computing of various blocks is done here.

• Distributive system: This is placed at every signal

booth and displays the signal as per train

movement. All the distributive system

communicates with computational system and the

signal will be displayed only if both the outputs of

computational and distributive system matches.

III. HARDWARE DESIGN

• The Sensor & Signaling Module The sensor and signaling module

consists of optical sensors installed along the railway track at the

signal poles. When the train starts from a station the sensors placed

along the track at regular intervals of 1-2 kilometers senses the

train and immediately it sends feedback to the microcontroller

placed at the Route Relay Interlocking section or station master‘s

chamber.

Optical sensor network, which combines computer and

communication technology with the technology of sensor network,

is considered to be one of the emerging technologies that will

affect on the future of human civilization. A sensor (also called

detector) is a converter that measures a physical quantity and

converts it into a signal which can be read by an observer or by an

(today mostly electronic) instrument. A sensor is a device which

receives and responds to a signal when touched. A sensor's

sensitivity indicates how much the sensor's output changes when

the measured quantity changes.

Relays works as automatic switch here & plays very important role

in railway system. Whole railway system depends mainly on relays

& is done by using relay. There are different types of relay they are

capacitor relay, magnetic tape relay, solid state relay, hybrid relay,

timer relay, thermal relay, etc. Capacitor relays are used in the

group of thirty.

• Micro controller Module:

The program for a microcontroller is normally stored on a memory

of IC called EEPROM (electrically erasable prom). In recent years

a growing number of micro controllers have offered the capability

of having programs loaded internally into the microcontroller IC

itself. Rather than having a circuit that includes both a

microcontroller and external EPROM it is now possible to have a

microcontroller which store program code internally.

R-TOES’16

In our project we are using ‗HERCULES TMS570LC4357 OR

RM57L843‘as a main MC .This microcontrollers are mainly used

for high speed communication.

How Texas instruments (TI) Hercules MCUs can help users for

developing high speed train systems:-

• Implementing a system of SIL 4 compliance.

• Implementing specific CPU and Memory self test

requirements.

• Providing a reliable inter-system communication

interface.

• High speed inter system communication interface.

• Comparing analog components.

• System certification.

The TI Hercules MCU family offers:-

1. SIL 3 certified MCUs help customers to design overall

system that must satisfy the HFT=1 and SIL 4 requirements.

2. Hardware based high coverage CPU and Memory self test

meeting or exceeding the EN.

3. Flexray module provides a deterministic and fault-tolerant

inter-system communication interface.

4. The Ethernet module providing a standard high speed

communication interface needed for high speed trains.

5. Wide selection of analog companion component including

the tps65381-Q1 power supply and watchdog.

6. IEC 61508 SIL 3 certified MCUs with safety manual and

FMEDA tools.

IV. Working:

When the train passes from the track changer (point) situated at the

end of every block, the circuit becomes complete which constitutes

the track point, high voltage electric cables on the top of train,

metal wheels & metal track. When all this completes the circuit it

generates high voltage current and sends signal to sensor circuit

situated at distributive system and this distributive system sends

signal to computational system which computes the signal matches

with the previous and distributive output and displays the signal.

Figure shows the working of signals:

When the train passes from a block the first block behind the train

displays red signal. Last two blocks displays yellow and last three

block displays yellow signal and the fourth block displays green

signal. Hence gives the minimum safety of three blocks i.e. 3 km.

A: Block Diagram 1:

C: Circuit diagram:

From the fig above,

Hercules TMS570LC4357 MCU is the motherboard of the project,

power jacks are used to connect power supply.

Voltage regulator is used in between to control the flow of voltage

here MCU requires +3.3 V of voltage.

Debug probe is used to correct the program in real time if error

occurs.

Proto board headers are used to connect distributive circuitry and

peripheral devices.

R-TOES’16

Mezzanine headers are special type of ICs which has two output

pins in a single pin.

RJ45 magnetic are used to connect display devices like LEDs &

LCDs.

• Security of lights:

Special safety precautions are used for the working of this

project:

We are using double sets of everything we are using ie if one

system gets corrupted then the other will work efficiently and

the railway system will not suffer because of this(called as

HOT STAND BY) as many lifes depends on this system a

single mistake will leads to a major accident.

Also if some light fuses the precautions taken as:

• If red light of a block fuses it is pre analyzed by the

computational system and hence the signal before the

block at which light is fused display the red signal,

thereby giving safety of one block.

• If one of the yellow light fuses, the signal booth will

blink with single yellow light.

• If green light fuses, the signal booth will display

double yellow.

V. CONCLUSION:

Hence the conclusion drawn from this system that it is very much

safe and the TMS570LC4350 enhances its working in real time

operation offering robust communication & high speed working.

But the safety is limited as it slightly dependent on LOCO PILOT

if he will ignore the signal there are chances of accidents.

Hence in future this problem can be eliminated by using automatic

break system in trains which communicates with the signals and

work as per computations.

APPLICATION:

Our project is a real time project and already in use by METRO

Railways.

It can be used by INDIAN Railways.

ADVANTAGES:

• Time saving.

• Less chances of accident.

• No manual assistant is needed.

• Backup system is available.

• Alarm rings at control room if failure occurs hence easily

detectable.

THE FUEL CELL

The first law of thermodynamics states, ―Energy

can neither be created nor destroyed, but can be

converted from one form to another‖. The first part

of this law tells us that there is a fixed amount of

energy in the universe whereas; the second part

gives a sneak peak into how we can utilize the

available energy to alter it into a form which is

useful to us. The ideal case would be that the entire

portion of the source energy be converted to the

form of our choice. For example, a perfect gasoline

car would produce the energy which is exactly

equal to the energy released by breaking the bonds

of the hydrocarbon fuel through combustion, which

would mean a 100% efficient machine. Unfortunately,

we don’t live in such a perfect universe and such a

machine (called a perpetual motion machine of the

first kind – PMM 1) doesn‘t exist. There are always

losses when energy conversion is concerned, either

through friction, heat or vibration. This means that

the source energy isn‘t exactly converted to just one

form of energy. Therefore, engineers don‘t try to

eliminate losses when designing machines instead

try to minimize the losses to the greatest extent by

utilizing the second law of thermodynamics which

deals with the concept of ―Entropy‖. Basically this

law explains the directionality of energy transfer by

dividing energy into two categories, high grade

energy and low grade energy. A high grade energy

can be easily converted to a great extent into a low

grade energy but the reverse is more inefficient.

Considering the example of a gasoline engine in a

car, chemical energy from the gasoline is first

converted to thermal energy (lower grade energy)

by combustion and then into mechanical energy

(higher grade energy) leading to low efficiencies

(about 25% to 30%). If we could eliminate the

process of conversion to lower grade energy, we

could create a more efficient power device. This is

exactly the purpose behind a ―Fuel Cell‖ which

directly converts chemical energy to electrical

energy. In this article we will understand how a fuel

cell works, its various types and its applications.

The Fuel Cell – Working

The fuel cell is basically an electrochemical

energy conversion device working on a principle

which is reverse to ―Electrolysis‖. In electrolysis,

water is broken down by applying electricity into

hydrogen and oxygen whereas; in a fuel cell

hydrogen gives its electrons to oxygen and forms

water. The path taken by the electrons is directed

through a circuit which produces electricity. Unlike

batteries, which are also electrochemical power

devices, fuel cells can constantly keep producing

electrical energy as long as the fuel is supplied.

The two components Hydrogen and oxygen are

separated by a membrane which doesn‘t allow the

passage of electrons. The hydrogen is passed

through this membrane separating the positive

hydrogen ion from the electron and goes through an

electrolytic solution towards the cathode section.

The electrons which cannot pass though the

membrane pass through the conductor into the

cathode section and form a negative oxygen ion.

The positive hydrogen ion and the negative oxygen

ion combine to form water which is let out as a

byproduct. The basic fuel hydrogen is supplied

through pressurized gas containers and oxygen from

air. The pressurized hydrogen container is quite a

heavy installment and therefore there are certain

fuel cells which are designed to operate from

hydrogen containing gases like clean natural gas or

renewable biogas.

The Sixth Sense

Technology

Sixth Sense is a wearable gesture interface

that augment the physical world with digital

world around us it comprise of hardware

components connected wirelessly to the

computing device it uses enabling surfaces,

walls and physical object as interface. Sixth

senses free the information from confine

surface. Thus making entire world your

computer integrating information into our

daily life not only reduce gap between

physical and digital world.

We’re evolved over millions of years to

sense the world around us. When we

encounter something, someone or someplace,

we use our five natural senses to perceive

information about it; that information helps us

make decisions and chose the right actions to

take. But arguably the most useful

information that can help us make the right

decisions is not naturally perceivable with

our five senses, namely the data, information

and knowledge that mankind has

accumulated about everything and which is

increasingly all available online.

Although the miniaturization of computing

devices allows us to carry computers I our

pockets, keeping us continually connected to

the digital devices and our interactions with

the physical world. Information is confined

traditionally on paper or digitally on a

screen. Sixth sense bridges this gap, bringing

intangible, digital information out into the

tangible world, and allowing us to interact

with this information via natural hand

gestures.

The sixth

sense

prototype

is

comprised of a pocket projector, a mirror

and a camera. The hardware components

are coupled in a pendant like mobile

wearable device. Both the projector and the

camera are connected to the mobile

computing device in the user’s pocket. The

projector projects visual information enabling

surfaces, walls and physical objects around

us to be used as interfaces; while the camera

recognizes and tracks users hand gestures

and physical objects using computer-vision

based techniques.

WuW (Wear your World) was the name first

proposed for this by Pranav Mistry, Pattie

Maes and Liyan Chang. Mistry tried up with

simple computer mouse first he put two roller

into one mouse and see if he could obtain

data and guide movement of mouse when

two rollers not worked properly he took 4

rollers. Four rollers gave him the idea that he

could use same idea on fingers and that

what he next moved on.

How Actually Information Flows

Device is connected to cloud it has lot of

search engine application program interface

like Amazon, While it connects you to internet

world, it still enables to access all dynamic

information/data while you continue being in

physical world.

R-TOES’16

Why Sixth Sense?

Human makes decision after sensing

everything but information which is collected

by human are insufficient to take right

decision. But information which could help

making a good decision is largely available

on net. Information can be collected by

mobile, computer etc. but it is restricted to

interface or screen and no direct relation

between tangible physical world and

intangible digital world. Give freedom to

interact with physical world by mere hand

gesture. Most used in artificial intelligence

this methodology can aid in synthesis of bots

that will be able to interact with humans.

Applications

Map function lets the user navigate a map

displayed on a nearby surface using hand

gestures. Zoom in; zoom out by user hand

gesture. The drawing applications let the

user draw on any surface by tracking the

fingertip movements, of the user’s index

finger and lots more application like making

a call, check schedules, stream video etc.

Advantages

It is an open source.

It is portable technology.

It doesn’t make human to understand

computer knowledge but it causes

machines and computer to adapt to

human needs.

It is cheap to build also connect real

world and information.

Non-Technical section

GO FOR IT.... It's always like a question mark in our mind, what to do now? Had we ever thought of the

opportunities around us? Well, most of us even don't know the aim of our life!

It is rightly said that, "A goal without a plan is just a wish". Unless and until we don't know

the motto of our presence, we are unable to execute our dreams! A dream is a sort of

perception and making it into action is what you called it as your goal. Everyone must have

an ambition in his or her life but remember, it's easy to think but it's hard to execute!

"If you're unable to fulfill your dreams, someone will hire you to fulfill their dreams" This

particular quote has a great blow, if you think about it profoundly.

It's quite better to think about yourself, rather criticizing about others. Just set a short

defined goal, achieve it and then set another one... This will help you to move faster and

even better.

Just emphasize on the fact, what are you aspiring for? And remember nothing is

Impossible to do! Your efforts, dedication and devotion may make things crystal clear for

you!

Just live for your goals, die for your goals, respect the troubles and do for your own,

because a better start can give you a better future!

So, go for it...

Average College Student

Hello my fellow students,

They told me that I have to write an article in college magazine because of one

quality they recognized after my interview, that “I am an average student”. I said

finally our time has come, for far too long our voices, the voices of the average

students were drowned out in a sea of unique individuals and over the

exceptional people. So I decided not to write an article but to have a

conversation with you from my heart.

All the years of relative mediocrity and refusing to think outside the box had

finally paid off. We the average continue to proof that procrastination and

apathy are not just big words but a way of life. This article is for the student who

have never encounter a problem as an opportunity but instead a threat, for the

same students who believes one day will be theirs, the ones who think Wikipedia

is the greatest invention of 21st century.

Looking back to 1st year it does feel like just yesterday, the first class, the first

test, the first roommate, the second roommate, the third roommate and figuring

out that you were the problem. The very first time you realize that money

doesn't grow on tree, it's actually millions of tons of fibers and there's no sheeps

in Nagpur, so you have to call your parents, then they send you sheep in the

bank and you have to give clarification on that. The point is, we all came to

college without knowing what we will become or what we will accomplish but we

leave knowing who we are, what we have become and that is a gift treasured and

remembered.

Page 38: R-TOES’16 - RAISONI GROUP OF INSTITUTIONSghraet.raisoni.net/images/R-TOES'16.pdf · r-toes’16 contents • messages • faculty review • peace member list. • pixelate (photo

R-TOES’16

May be average is the new exceptional. We live in a society which emphasizes on

wealth, power and achievements. We are taught by the society that we should

work for fame, fortune and dreams but I am sorry to say average is much more.

Average is a parent who puts their child in school every day so they live a better

life than what they had. Average is a professor who helps you understand that

knowing who you are and owning your own sense of identity will only make you

stronger individual here but more important in life. Average is knowing you don't

receive respect, you have to earn it and you aren't given opportunity, you fight

for it. If anyone is telling you different then they are lying. Average is amazing

next to 20s on facebook; it is one of the greatest things in the world.

As you spent time in college you should celebrate it. Thank all the people at

each and every step of your life for being with you or had been with you, since

they helped to shape us and to become what we are today. Thanks all of those

people around you. As we move ahead into the future, do not forget the lessons

of the past. Remember there is a fire to achieve greatness in you. Let’s face it,

being average has it perks, no one thinks you are crazy and people will generally

like you. Which bring to me to my final point “Know yourself, Fight for Yourself

and win People's Hearts…”

A BIG QUESTION

It was the month of June 2013 when the drops of rain touches the earth and the pleasance of

earths smell spread all over with soothing cold winds, even the author was enjoying the

beauty of nature sitting at the corridor having a cup of tea.

Suddenly a call rings on her mobile and she shouted- ‘whaaattt??’ (With an expression of

fear).

With her shivering hand she browsed something on her mobile, the tea was left on the table

and it became cold now, but she was least bothered about it. After browsing half hour(as if

she was frozen at that chair and bound to browse) she rushed inside her house shouting

mamma, mummy where are u I got distinction in polytechnic(she was so so happy as if she

won million dollar in lottery) with 79%.

She hugged her mother with wet eyes, as passing polytechnic means allot to her & her mother

after 4 years of failure in her academics in BSC-CS, she lost all her hopes that she can even

study further & also she can be a graduate. After hearing this mother smiled with eyes full of

water & says ‘hummm kuch bhi, zhut bolrahi’, as it’s hard to believe that her daughter can

even pass.

She said, ‘I am not joking, see my result’ (showing her mobile).

After few months the CAP round started and each and everyone started giving their advice to

me & my parents as if they are master in every field, to join so & so college. Every new day a

new advice comes to me with valid justification, which made me puzzled. I felt, if taking

admission is that puzzling & mind threatening, then, ‘How much difficult is the studying’?

A BIG QUESTION aroused in author’s mind & she was sure every

student go through this stage & it’s a big question for every student, no matter it is about

Page 40: R-TOES’16 - RAISONI GROUP OF INSTITUTIONSghraet.raisoni.net/images/R-TOES'16.pdf · r-toes’16 contents • messages • faculty review • peace member list. • pixelate (photo

R-TOES’16

taking admission in school or college. Even this is a big question for every parent who wants

their child to be a successful Businessman, Engineer, Doctor, or placed in top most company.

Being confused, after listening to everyone & taking into consideration author’s parent’s

financial status she filled the CAP round’s form. She was allotted ‘St. Vincent Palloti college of

engineering’ in first round she was very happy with it, as she wanted that college for further

studies, but due to some mistakes of university admission process was not completed. That

day was worst day of her life. But the worstest day is yet to come of which she was unaware.

With new zeal she filled CAP round-2 forms, after the results of cap round 2; she visited the

college a day before the admission (as we all do).

“What a joke?” she shouted, sitting in the car with her brother & fiancée (her face was full

of multiple expressions mixed up together, she was smiling with tears in her eyes, numbed for

few seconds, lips was locked, as if unable to utter a single word even if she wanted).

This all above expressions was just after having the first look of the college (the college was

under construction).

She cried allot that day, blaming her luck, thousands of questions are running in her mind, she

seemed to tackling and answering her own questions that day & night (she was not slept that

night).

The next day she went to that college with her parents and completed all the admission

procedure.

She started going college and now she is in Final year in the last semester of Electronics &

Communication branch in ‘G.H. Raisoni Academy of Engineering & Technology’.

May be the author was unable to explain her thoughts at the time of her admission but now

she has answer for every question even for THE BIG QUESTION.

A BIG QUESTION Was,

‘IS IT IS IMPORTANT TO TAKE ADMISSION IN BIG OR POPULAR

INSTITUES FOR BEING SUCCESSFUL ,BIG DOCTOR, ENGINNER OR

Page 41: R-TOES’16 - RAISONI GROUP OF INSTITUTIONSghraet.raisoni.net/images/R-TOES'16.pdf · r-toes’16 contents • messages • faculty review • peace member list. • pixelate (photo

R-TOES’16

BUSINESSMAN OR BEING PLACED IN GOOD COMPANIES WITH GOOD

PACKAGE?

OR

IT IS IMPORTANT TO STUDY AND GAIN KNOWLEDGE TO BE PLACED

OR FOR SUCCESSFUL CARRIER?’

Author always see parents saying, ‘I want to admit my child in high class school or top most

college, whose building was very good, with excellent ambiance, that college having more

number of buses, so and so college or school is situated at very good area, that college or

school has excellent extracurricular activities’ & so on,

As it is said that,

“The more number of mouths, the more is the number of gossips”...

But, the author asks you all, to question yourself,

“Is it really matters that the ambiance, architecture design, extracurricular activities of the

college or school to be good or excellent for your children’s successful carrier?”

Or

“It is important that the college or school must have excellent faculties which will give your

child proper knowledge & environment to study?”

The ANSWER IS,

Both of the above really doesn’t matter if your child is not willing to study.

Author says, “ Padhne wale bacche kahi bhi padte”

I.e. A person who wants to learn, for them ambiance, building, environment, age, caste,

community doesn’t really matter.

Page 42: R-TOES’16 - RAISONI GROUP OF INSTITUTIONSghraet.raisoni.net/images/R-TOES'16.pdf · r-toes’16 contents • messages • faculty review • peace member list. • pixelate (photo

R-TOES’16

“They find their way to learn, just like water finds its way to

flow”

If in any sense the above mentioned things had an impact on a person’s carrier then, the

person studying in corporation school must not have been an IES, IAS officer, a person from

low or middle class must not have topped in MPSC, UPSC exams.

Or all those who are reading this may or may not be from low or middle class or may or may

not have studied in corporation schools but you also acquired what you are today just because

of your hard work and not because of your college buildings.

Author does not oppose from taking admissions in good or big schools but just want to change

the mentality by her article that only by taking admission in big autonomous or reputed

schools or colleges your child can become successful. “Instead teach your child to

learn & earn & not spent and learn”

Author herself studied in government school, and then completed her polytechnic from

ShankarRao Dhawad Polytechnic which has small building. And then building after seeing

which she cried allot was G.H.Raisoni Academy of Engineering & Technology and now she is

the PRESIDENT of student forum of Electronics & communication branch appearing for final

exams.

Finally there is just one word difference between LEARN & EARN don’t make it difficult.

Author says-

“Muddaten beet jati hai shiddat se patthar ko tarashneme,

Par kuch shilpkar ka bhi naseeb hota hai...

Kuch amar hojate hai itihas ke panno me,

Or kuch tajmahal banake bhi gumnam hojate hai andhero me...”

Yes, You Can

Never Frown: Smile Costs Nothing

Dear friends,

"Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you

love what you are doing, you will be successful'' -are the words of a great man. It is

often observed that people celebrate their achievement, their success and go on

merry making spree without thinking for a moment that they achieve their

respective cherished goals because of their dedication and resolution and those

virtues were enforced in their action because they loved doing everything they

wanted to without any stress and sense of compulsion. Even if some of them were

compelled to accomplish some tasks, they could succeed in Their efforts, because

of the fact that they felt they are meant for them and they should do whatever

they could, enjoying the experience of doing them. In fact you are not going to find

the circumstances always conducive to your assignment. But no circumstance

should appear to you impossible to work in, because every circumstance can be

made conducive with a little effort of some extra, if you have decided to prevail

and emerge victorious.

Whenever someone is told to present himself before a group of people, he

gets nervous, tense or stupefied. As a result, he tries to evade answers and start

tumbling. It happens to him because of his approach to this situation. He thinks it

to be an ordeal. One who takes the situation as an opportunity does just the

reverse. You are supposed to approach the situation positively and see it as

opportunity to exhibit your best rather than treating as an ordeal. Instead of

thinking in terms of surviving as an ordeal, think about how much this opportunity

is going to offer you, how much you are going to enjoy the experience your

positive approach supplies you with the fuel to face the situation with elan. You

must have seen many people excelling at public speaking. They are always relaxed,

smiling and clearly enjoying themselves. For them it is the most fun they ever get

to have at work. You might think that they are so relaxed because they know they

Page 44: R-TOES’16 - RAISONI GROUP OF INSTITUTIONSghraet.raisoni.net/images/R-TOES'16.pdf · r-toes’16 contents • messages • faculty review • peace member list. • pixelate (photo

are so good, but it is just as likely that they learned to be good by making

conscious effort and set out to enjoy themselves. Here we should analyze the

statement made by a very successful person, Henry Ford, the founder of ford

motor company. He says ''coming together is a beginning; keeping together is a

progress; working together is a success''. You can work in a group only when you

enjoy the work.

You should do every work without thinking that people suppose you to do the

work in the perfect way. When you speak, for instance, people do not expect that

you are a word-class orator. You are master of your words only, not of any

situation. But you should have the courage to turn any situation in your favor by

maintaining calm and behaving in the right manner. ''The best way to cheer

yourself is to cheer someone else up''-Mark Twain, one of the greatest American

writers has also written. 'So never frown', always keep yourself light hearted.

Wishing you best of success!

And what will be his complain……..!!

Experience about college-

I am from the 2nd batch of GHRAET. When I had started my journey in GHRATE the building was under construction just as my future. Today the college is completed & my career is stared. The faculties of E&C branch were so supportive, enthusiastic & concerned about each student‟s future.

I was so lucky to had teachers like friends. In last yr. Our project quad copter got 50% amount sanctions from college. Last but not the least wants to thanks all my teachers of E&C department for making my journey of being an Engg. Too wonderful.

Name -Arvind Singh.

When I first saw my college I was like "WHAT IS THIS?" The college was under construction and I

found GHRAET written in chalk over a wall. And a thought crossed my mind, 'how am I going to survive here?‟ But I didn't know then that I would be meeting awesome friends and even awesome faculties. I made friends. We are a group of five and we were never seen without each other may it

be attending classes, bunking classes, organizing events or just hanging around. Sure there were many ups and downs but life is always full of them. E&C faculty

was one of the best, formed a special bond with them. N my juniors...Seriously guys u were awesome n I still remember that farewell u organized. It was fabulous. Best phase was the final year. That year I was busy in making project, organizing events and I don‟t remember attending classes in the final year. Never

going to get those days back. They were all memorable moments. Gonna miss my college. Personal special Thanks to the T&P committee for bringing Tech Mahindra to the

campus. So I got employed before leaving the college.

It was the best and the funniest experiences of my

life. I am proud to be a vice president of

department and learnt many things, made new

friends, enjoyed every moment. Proud to be a

raisonian.

A university is just a group of buildings gathered

around a library.

I have learned one thing, & that’s to quit worrying

about stupid things. You have four years to be

irresponsible here, relax. Work is for people with

jobs. You’ll never remember class time, but you’ll

remember the time you wasted hanging out with

friends. So stay out late. Go with your friends on

Tuesday when you have a paper due on Wednesday.

Spend money you don’t have. Drink till sunrise. The

work never ends, but college does…

I only want to write. And there’s no college for

that except life.

Here rejection is an opportunity for your selection.

College is fun as long as you don’t die.

It was a wonderful experience…

I can’t forget these 3 years of my life…

Not even analyzed how this time has passed like

sand from my hand…

Here not only I got knowledge but also one of my

best & life time friend Bhagyashree…

Love to all my friends & classmates…

Best of luck for future…
