Beginning with product management responsibilities, grew to direct all marketing and sales functions for the
BioMedical segment (revenue $226 M) of Chart Industries. Responsibilities included strategic marketing, new business
development, product development, launch, and management, acquisition onboarding, sales management, and
pricing policy.
Built and led a team of 8 marketing professionals and 28 sales professionals in driving revenue growth at over 114
percent annually.

Managed the integration of the marketing and sales functions as part of the AirSep acquisition (value $130 M).
Developed a new ecommerce market channel, this new channel revenue increased 300 percent in the second
full year of operation.

Manager for a core Cardiac medical device tissue product of the company. Responsible for leading cross functional
teams including Clinical Research, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, etc., to develop marketing initiatives and marketing
collateral material.
Led product management for the Cryopreserved Aortoiliac Artery, Femoral Artery and hospital medical device

Managed the coordination of manufacturing and forecasted sales for Bio Glue, a surgical adhesive,, to ensure
supply required to meet demand was available across the US and in Europe.
Represented North American Marketing on a global, senior management committee that revamped business
