They stay crunchy when dry but also mixed in oil or fat, and with the addition of a little hot or cold liquid, become a pulp or a juice, depending on dilution. They’re perfect for use in teas and smoothies, mixed spices and baking mixtures, mueslis and snacks, soups and sauces, cakes and desserts or baby and infant food, to name just a few examples. All our products can be prepared to be gluten free, vegan, kosher or organic, on request.

We use our expertise in drum-drying to produce granulates, flakes and powders to meet your requirements. Since we were founded in 1993 in Penzberg in Bavaria, we have been dedicated to exceptional quality, innovation and customer service.

Tailor-made dried fruit and vegetable products made from natural ingredientsDrum drying is an energy-efficient system that dries the ingredients gently, preserving natural flavour and colour in the processed product. A mix of different fruit purée, juice, concentrated juice and cereal is spread in a thin layer on the outside of a steam-heated, rotating drum. After half a rotation, this mix has dried into a crispy sheet, which is then scraped off the drum and broken down and sieved to the desired size. Our dried products have a low microbial content with minimal residual water, making them an ideal ingredient for food products with a very long shelf life.

The right mix for every taste!

We have a wide range of different machines for mixing liquid or dried ingredients to enable you to bring your

own product ideas to life. That’s how we can provide you with whatever fruit mix you need, to then dry in our

production facility. We can mix dried ingredients – for example, dried fruit granulates mixed with golden and

brown flaxseed, or a variety of mixed powders. And can also integrate baked products,

for example our crunchy flaxseed mix, made of carefully cracked

or ground flaxseed. All products can be delivered in bulk or

ready-packaged to your specifications for retail.

You want to give your product a sophisticated crispy twist? Then

try our Corvinus Crisp® – a round cereal extrudate, coated with

fruit or cocoa flavours of your choice.
