An interactive educational program, presenting topics related to sports medicine, coaching methodologyand training techniques. The athletes will have the opportunity to attend concurrent lectures given bynationally renowned physicians, coaches and professional athletes. The presenters will provide one-on-oneconsultations at their respective stations, answering questions related to swimming, biking and runningtechniques, periodization, transitions, racing season planning, nutrition, and equipment. There will be acollaborative effort between coaches and medical professionals to address injury prevention in orthopedicsurgery and podiatry, along with presentations related to cardiac and pulmonary preparation forendurance events. Attendees will receive individual instruction by physical therapists and trainers regard-ing proper stretching techniques, core strengthening and pelvic stabilization programs, to enhance per-formance. The athletes will have the opportunity to undergo swim stroke analysis, running technique andshoe evaluations, in addition to bike fitting sessions, and VO2 testing, all of which are only available on alimited basis and first come first serve.

AMSL) and fast, paved road & Boardwalk, serenely scenic point-to-point course, that begins in Victorian Cape May, continues via the Ocean Drive, over 4 drawbridges (elevations at 25ft AMSL) through the Wildwoods on to the island communities of Stone Harbor and Avalon, and finishes on the Promenade at JFK Boulevard in Sea Isle City.
