RADEON HD 7990  SPECS Year = 2013 Memory =  6Gb / 6000 Mb  Power = 1 GHz / 1000 MHz Speed = 256 Bt/s  The game watchdogs is described as an open world, action–adventure Game. The game is set in a fictionalised City based on the famous ‘town’ Chicago. Controversy was caused a month before release when the public had found out that a reporter may or may not have been bribed by a nexus phone to keep quiet over some technicalities happening with the game. The rumour spread around the public was that large graphical components from the game had gone in ruins and that the AI engine wasn’t working, this meant that if they didn’t back up the games in every step of development, then they would have to rewrite the rules from scratch.  The RADEON HD 7990 has the capability to run a game like watchdogs with the settings tuned up to the top without any lag or noticeable rubber­band effects. This is great because its harder to enjoy the experience of an open world game if the resolution if off and the graphics are tuned low as well as a lot of lag, it puts people off of the game. Although,  because PC’s can be modified, how they choose their experience is up to the player.
