PRODUCT DATA SHEET PRODUCT NAME Radiagreen EBL DESCRIPTION Radiagreen EBL is an environmentally friendly ester based lubricant effective at increasing lubricity in water base drilling fluids without foaming issues. Radiagreen EBL is readily biodegradable and non-toxic. PROPERTIES Physical Chemical Appearance: Amber liquid Type: Ester Alcohol Specific Gravity: 0.983 @ 20 O C Solubility: Dispersible, Insoluble (water) Bulk Density: N/A pH: N/A Flash Point: 220 O C Microtox: 76% (0.1 L/m 3 ) APPLICATION Radiagreen EBL is readily dispersible and is developed to reduce torque and drag, enhance drilling rates and prevent bit balling. A secondary application of EBL is use in OBM to provide additional torque and drag relief when conditions warrant. A typical treatment for invert would be in the range of 0.5 to 1 % by volume continuing treatments as needed. MIXING & HANDLING Normal treatment for addition is 0.5-3.0 % by volume. The treatment level will depend on the level of solids in the drilling fluid. Radiagreen EBL may cause irritation to the skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, wash with water as required. In case of eye contact wash with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists seek medical attention. WHMIS: Not Controlled TDG: Not Regulated PACKAGING: Drums

PRODUCT NAME

Radiagreen EBL

DESCRIPTION

Radiagreen EBL is an environmentally friendly ester based lubricant effective at increasing lubricity in

water base drilling fluids without foaming issues. Radiagreen EBL is readily biodegradable and non-toxic.

PROPERTIES

Physical Chemical

Appearance: Amber liquid Type: Ester Alcohol

Specific Gravity: 0.983 @ 20 OC

Solubility: Dispersible, Insoluble

(water)

Bulk Density: N/A pH: N/A

Flash Point: 220 OC Microtox: 76% (0.1 L/m3)

APPLICATION

Radiagreen EBL is readily dispersible and is developed to reduce torque and drag, enhance drilling rates

and prevent bit balling. A secondary application of EBL is use in OBM to provide additional torque and

drag relief when conditions warrant. A typical treatment for invert would be in the range of 0.5 to 1 % by

volume continuing treatments as needed.

MIXING & HANDLING

Normal treatment for addition is 0.5-3.0 % by volume. The treatment level will depend on the level of

solids in the drilling fluid.

Radiagreen EBL may cause irritation to the skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, wash with water as

required. In case of eye contact wash with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists seek medical

attention.
