1. Limbus

2. Limbus vertebrae. degenerative osteoarthritic

3. Limbus vertebra is closely related to Schmorl nodes and is a relatively common finding in adults. It is a result of remote injury to a skeletally immature spine, which causes anterior intraosseous herniation of part of the nucleus pulposus through an unfused ring apophysis prior to fusion of the apophysis to the vertebral body. The apophysis fragment then remains separated from the vertebral body, and eventually develops into a well corticated, triangular fragment of bone, usually adjacent to the anterosuperior corner of a mid lumbar vertebral body. Less commonly, it can also be found near the anteroinferior aspect of a mid cervical vertebral body.

The Fazekas scale is used to simply quantify the amount of white matter T2 hyperintense lesions usually attributed to chronic small vessel ischaemia, although clearly not all are due to this. It divides the white matter in periventricular and deep white matter, and each is given a grade depending on the size and confluence of lesions

1. S prengle shoulder

2. Bilateral springle shoulder

3. Sprengel deformity, or congenital elevation of the scapula, is a complex deformity of the shoulder and is the most common congenital shoulder abnormality. An initial diagnosis can often be made on radiography, but CT or MRI is often necessary to evaluate the details of the abnormality.

Ulnar hemimelia is a rare congenital upper limb anomaly characterized by complete or partial absence of the ulna bone. Oligodactyly and shortening of forearm is noted with ulnar tilt of the wrist joint. The position of the hand tends to drift to the ulnar-side of the wrist. Cubital webbing with fixed flexion deformity of the elbow joint is also seen in most cases. Patients with ulnar hemimelia have motion and functional limitations as well.
