Raed Arnaout is a professional architect, urban designer and project manager with a master’s degree in architecture and a talent to create well integrated designs and world class projects. Raed has 25+ years of progressive career working with public and private sectors on a wide range of architectural and urban design projects as well as construction supervision. As a visionary and conceptual designer Raed worked with award-winning architects including Dr. Abdel Halim Ibrahim and Dr. Rasem Badran . He worked also with leading companies and interdisciplinary engineering firms in the region. He successfully led and participated in more 30+ design competitions and delivered 70+ projects of different types including mixed use developments, high-rise buildings, residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, master planning, urban design and city branding.

As a scholar in the field of contemporary Arab architecture and urbanism, He published in 2009 his first book about the evolution of identity and self-representation in Arab architecture and its relation to Orientalism under the title: "Orientalism in Arab Architecture -( إشكالیة بناء الفكر والھویة-االستشراق في العمارة العربیة ) " which was included in the long list of nomination for the Sheikh Zayed Book Award–the sixth session 2011/2012..
