3.1 FORMATION Aamanthrana associates was formed on 23rd jan 2003 in chickmanglore district, Aamanthrana associates sub dealersAre located in chickmanglore. On the 2005 they got authorised dealership from Maruti Suzuki at chickmanglore

3.2 AREA OF OPERATIONAamanthrana associates has a wide marketing area covering chickmanglore and surrounding district. Till now they are successful in their operation over chickmanglore and surrounding district.so they do not find the need of delegation of agency

3.3 CAPITAL Capital is the life blood of any kind of business. It should wrok in tandem with management human force.in the modren competition business world , it is very difficult to function sufficent capital Aamanthrana associates was initially started with a business of Rs 20 lakhs.But in subsequent years they raised its capital to the extent to Rs 1.5 crore

3.4 SOURCE OF FUND Aamanthrana associates adopted different source of fund.Their main source of fund are own fund, bank loans and loans from other financial institution. Their 50% or half of the capital are own fund also raised their capital from friends

3.9 COMPETETION AND COMPETITORES Main competition comes in the form of four wheelers of maruti and great extent from TATA and HUNDAI groups. Also competetion comes from all other four wheelers. Even through competition the company gets maximum in the market. Maruti Suzuki group is the only company to reduce price which has high attraction from the people.

3.10 MARKETING STRATEGIES OF AAMANTHRANA ASSOCIATES The Aamanthran associates undertaken the marketing activities of all Maruti Suzuki cars in order to attain the goals and fullfill the objectives of Maruti Suzuki ltd. Aamanthrana associates is a representative dealer of Maruti Suzuki so it does not need to advertise by itself about the product in a large scale. All kind of service promotion and advertising were done by Maruti Suzuki ltd.It has as a lot of function to do, for which they are adopting many techniques and marketing strategies.
