It goes beyond a conventional asset manage-ment system and focuses ent-irely on your assets in order to keep the availability of your rail vehicles as high as possible.Rail Asset is the software that helps you to understand your rolling stock, to plan better and more foresighted, and to react at the right time.

PREFACEThe software provides asset-related data which are relevant for the decision making. By ta-king this data into accont, the availability of your assets will increase significantly. With Rail Asset you know the condition of your vehicles and its com-

ponents and also where and when they can be operated. An possible interface to Rail Workshop makes the com-munication with workshops simplier, and the main-tenance process faster.

The term „asset biography“ is equa-ted with the term „life cycle file+“ of a rail vehicle. The unique difference is that it is not limited to the main-tenance history. It rather offers a holistic view on the rolling stock.

The comprehensive view on the ve-hicle makes it possible that you know your rail vehicle and its components by heart: 360° on 365 days per year. It gives you knowledge about the asset‘s technical, logisti-cal and commercial parameters.

The implementation of a „digi-tal twin“, which determines the condition of the rail vehicle from its components, is the basis for predictive asset management.

The virtual model of your rail ve-hicle provides data on the current condition and is the foundation for new analyses and optimizations.It forms the basis for predictive main-tenance. Combined with AI, it offers an enormous competitive advantage.
