• Cock tail par t ies require a guaranteed at tendance no later than three weeks prior to sailing ; all par t ies w will be billed for the f inal guaran-teed count or the actual at tendance count (whichever is higher.) If the f inal at tendance is higher than the prepaid guest count , the addit ional charges will be billed to the group leader’s master account onboard.

SUITE PARTIES• Cock tail par t ies in Suites are available at the per hour reception pricing

with an addit ional $50 per suite beverage server, per hour.• Ratio of beverage server per guest is 1 :25.

• Capacity of the suite is dictated by the size of the suite booked.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS• Private Cock tail Par ty on Consumption must be pre-approved by ship.

• Front of house bars are closed during the on consumption par ty. Drinks are served from the pantry to expedite service.

• Ship has the r ight to determine and reduce the number of staff required to service the par ty at any t ime during the par ty should the guests not be consuming.

• Groups under 201 guests that pre-purchase beverage packages receive a one hour complimentary cock tail par ty. Addit ional hours are to be billed as above.

• Guests who have pre-purchased a beverage package may use their package at the cock tail par t ies provided the fees have been paid as above.

Royal Caribbean is not responsible for fines imposed or items confiscated by local authorities. Alcoholic

beverages that are purchased duty-free from the shops onboard or at ports of call will be stored by

Royal Caribbean International® and delivered to the guest’s stateroom on the last day of the voyage.

A member of our staff will be at the gangway to assist with the storage of your purchases.
