« Philippine Election 2016 Overseas Absentee Voting(OAV) in Hong Kong Begins

Established in 1991, this is the fifth year that KELY has participated at the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens inpartnership with the Hong Kong Rugby Union (HKRU).

KELY’s programs fall under three categories: peer support, leadership development, and mentorship.

And at the Hong Rugby Sevens, KELY raised awareness about alcohol and drugs, set up a facepaintingbooth, an electronic powered game as well as a shelter for any youth who might be experiencing some healthdifficulties during the threeday event.

Throughout the year, KELY works with three major groups in the city: Chinese speaking youths from low socioeconomic backgrounds, nonChinese speaking youth from various socioeconomic backgrounds, and ethnicminority youths from low socio economic backgrounds.
