We have audited the accompanying statement of Standalone financial Results of RalasthariCylinders And Containers Ltd ('the Company') for the quarter and year ended 31" March, 2018("the statefnent”), being submitted by the company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33of the SE81 (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 as modified byCircular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/GZ/ZOIGI dated 5 July 2016.

This statement which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by theBoard of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurementprinciples laid down In the Indian Accounting Standard 34 "Interim Financial Reporting” ("Ind AS34"), prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. Our responsibility is to express an

opinion on these standalone financial results based on our audit of the standalone financialstatements tor the year ended 31" March 2018 and our review of the standalone iinanciaI resultsfor the nine months period ended 31" December 2017.

We conductedput audit In accordance with the Standards on Auditing generally accepted in India.Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance aboutwhether the Statement Is free of material misstatementls). An audit includes examining, on a testbasis, evidence supporting the amounts disclosed in the Financial Statement. An audit also includesassessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by the management. Webelieve that our audit provide a reasonable basis forour qualified Opinion on the Statement.

Basis ior qualified opinion

The Company has not provided for:

i) Bad debts (Non Current Assets- Loans) oi its. 5631 Lakhs from a body corporate M/s AnkurDrugs and Pharma Limited which is under liquidation.In the opinion of management, the loan given to above party is good and recoverable as the

Company has filed its claim with Official Liquidator.

5. OpInion

In our opinion and to the best of Our information and according to the explanations given to us;

except for the effectof our matters reported in Para 4 above, the Statement:

a] is presented in accordanCe with the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (ListingObiigations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Circular n’o.

CIR/CEDIFAC/GZ/ZOIG dated 5 July, 2016 in this regard and
