Sealed bids are invited from competent and experienced contractor lfirms for Hiring of inspection vehicle(Carl JeeplBolero etc.) for following office of the circle as per details given below:-

The salient points are as follows:

I. The Bids are being invited by Superintending Engineer[T&C] Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited havingoffice at 400 KV GS premises Chittorgarh [Rajasthan] and bid specification are to be collected free of cost from thisoffice. Email id is se.tnc.chittor(w,rvpn.co.in and contact no. is 9414061430, Sh. D. K. Tarawat , SE [T&C] RVPNChittorgarh.

2. The procurement process shall be governed by RTPP Act 2012 and RTPP Rules 2013.3. The procurement is being done through single stage bid under limited tender category.4. The work is to be done as per price/G schedule provided with bid specification.5. The work under NIB No. 04/16-17 and 05/16-17 shall be from date of order to March-2017. Bill is to be submitted

monthly and payment shall be arranged on monthly basis.6. Only reputed firms who have experience of afore mentioned works shall be considered.7. Vehicle shall not be more than 6 years old. Only vehicles with taxi permit having valid document shall be considered.8. The Purchaser does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any Bid or any part of the Bid and shall not assign any

reason(s) for the rejection of any Bid or a part thereof.

9. The bidder will have to quote the FIRM prices inclusive of all taxes and duties, insurance and other related cost exceptservice and toll tax.10. The offer should be valid for 70 days from date of opening of bid.
