Discipline: to follow the correct path while walking in production area. which was applicable for every
one How to manage time in limited period as in the GA the time is very crucial.
Coordination among the workers.
Leadership- to give the instruction.
Use of Just in time inventory to cut on inventory cost.
Work in different working condition
Total quality management
Customer satisfaction
Motivation- the non monetary or rather say the hygiene factors that could motivate the workers were
there. The canteen was one example, which was huge and very tempting!
