RALLYdiROMACAPITALE2018willberunincompliancewiththeFIAInternationalSportingCode(ISC)anditsappendices,the2018FIARegionalRallyChampionshipSportingRegulations(FIA-RRSR),theNationalSportingRegulationswhichcomplywiththeFIARegulationsandthisSupplementaryRegulations(SR).

Modifications, amendmentsand /or changes to theseSRwillbeannouncedonlybynumberedanddatedbulletinsissuedbytheorganiserortheStewards.

Competitorswishing to takepart in theRALLYdiROMACAPITALE2018must submit theirentry formdulycompletedtothePermanentSecretariat(seeArticle2.3).

Theentryapplicationwillbeacceptedonlyifaccompaniedby:- Thetotalamountoftheentryfee.- Photocopiesofthecompetitor,driverandco-drivervalidcompetitionlicense.- Photocopiesofthedriverandco-drivervaliddrivinglicense.- Onepassportphotoforeachmemberofthecrew.

5. INSURANCE5.1 Introductoryremarks

TheentryfeeincludestheInsurancepremiumforthecompetitors’civilliabilitytothirdpartiesforrisksarisingfromcirculationduringtherally,alongtheroute(fixedrouteand/oralternative)describedintheRoadbookorinRallyGuideorgivenoutbyBulletinsandClerkofthecourseCommunications.

5.2 Damagescoveredbytheinsurance

TheInsurancePolicyoftheorganiseriscoveringonlythedamagescausedtothirdpartiesorpropertiesofthirdpartiesbytheorganisersorbydriversenteredintherally.Anyotherdamagesufferedbythedriversorvehiclesenteredintherallyarenotcoveredbytheinsurance.

5.3 Organisers’responsibilityTheorganiserdeclineliabilityforanyaccidentsufferedbycompetitorsorcompetingcarsduringthedurationof the entire event, even in case of cataclysm, riots, demonstrations, vandalism, etc. Entrants and crewmembersshallsufferalltheconsequences(material,criminalandsporting)raisedbyanytypeofaccident.

5.4 Insurancecoverage

ThegeneralconditionsoftheInsurancePolicystipulatethatcompetitorsarecoveredforcivilliabilitytowardsthirdpartiesasperthefollowinglimits:- Bodilyinjury/deathperperson(anyoneincident): upto€6,070,000.00- Materialdamage(anyeachaccidentoroccurrence): upto€1,220,000.00- Maximumamountcoveredbytheinsurancepolicy(foreachaccident): €7,290,000.00

5.5 Durationoftheinsurancecoverage

This insuranceforallcompetitors,willbecomeeffectiveatthestartofthecarscrutineering.The insuranceceasesattheendoftheevent(PrizegivingCeremony-Podium)orattheendofthepost-eventscrutineering(fortheselectedcars),incaseofwithdrawal,disqualificationorexclusionfromtherally.Incaseofwithdrawal,thetimetakenintoaccountwillbetheclosingtimeofthefollowingTC.

Carshavingretiredandrestartingthenextday(Rally2-Article46ofthe2018FIARRSportingRegulations)shallnotbeconsideredtohavepermanentlyretired.

5.6 Assistanceorservicevehicles Vehiclescarrying“Service”or“Auxiliary”platesand/oranyotherplate issuedbytheOrganisers,withthe

exclusion of Organisers’ Safety and Zero cars and cars used by Officials and Delegates listed in thisSupplementaryRegulations,arenotcoveredbytheevent’s InsurancePolicy.Thesevehiclescirculateundertheirowners’responsibilityandshallhavetheirowninsurance.

5.7 Insuranceduringreconnaissance

Vehiclesusedbythecrewsduringreconnaissance,evenifbearingtheevent’sspecificstickers,mustbeinsuredbytheirowners.Theorganisersbearnoresponsibilityforsuchvehicles.Thissameruleappliestothedriverstakingpartinreconnaissanceonly.

5.8 Accidentnotification

IncaseofanaccidentthecompetitororhisrepresentativemustimmediatelynotifyittotheClerkofthecourse.Place,circumstancesunderwhichtheaccidentoccurred,causesandconsequencesmustbedescribed.Likewisethenamesandaddressesofanywitnessorinjuredpersonmustbeindicated.

6. ADVERTISINGANDIDENTIFICATION6.1 Advertisingrestrictions

Tobaccoortobaccoproducts’advertisingisprohibitedinItaly.Thislawappliestocompetingandservicecars,equipmentandclothing.

Selectedcompetitorsforfinalscrutineering(Stewards'decision)arerequestedtoprovideproperequipment(includingallsealedspareparts)andtechniciansatthefinalscrutineeringvenue.

Selectedcarshavetobedriventothefinalscrutineeringvenuebyadesignatedteammember(whomustbepresentatthearrival),accompaniedbyanOfficial.

15.2 Protestfee Theprotestfeeis: €1,000.0015.2.1 Additionaldeposit
