The fact that we’re easily accessible and have excellent transport links also means that we’re ideally located for all of your business and travel needs. Our accommodation consists of 89 en-suite bedrooms, consisting of a variety of kings, double doubles, twins, & superior kings. Our leisure facilities offer everything you and your guests need to fully relax and unwind throughout your stay, including a heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. Meeting Rooms We’re pleased to say that all of our meeting rooms are located on the ground floor so are easily accessible with air conditioning and heating facilities, natural daylight (which can be fully blacked out if required), and free internet access.

Lincoln Suite

The Lincoln Suite can host conferences and banquets for up to 200 guests. Adjoining the Lincoln Suite is the Foyer Bar which is ideal for parties, receptions or as a break-out room. The Lincoln Suite can also be divided into three separate rooms by acoustic partitions (Conference Rooms 1, 2 & 3).

Access to the Lincoln Suite can be gained either via the main entrance or directly from the rear car park.

Dunsdon

Located opposite Reception, the Dunsdon can host conferences and banquets for up to 80 guests. Access to the Dunsdon can be gained either via the main entrance or directly from the side car park.

Witham

Similarly to the Dunsdon, the Witham can host conferences and banquets for up to 80 guests and is located directly opposite Reception. Access to the Witham can be gained either via the main entrance or directly from the side car park.

Boardrooms 1 – 4

The Boardrooms are ideal for smaller more intimate meetings but can also be used as syndicate rooms in conjunction with larger events held in the Lincoln Suite (located directly opposite). Access to the Boardrooms can be gained via the main entrance.

From the A1 North Tae the A607 Grantham, Melton Mowbray turn off. At the end of the slip road is a small roundabout; take the first exit on the left and then turn immediately right into the hotel entrance.

From the A1 South Take the A607 Grantham, Melton Mowbray turn off. At the bottom of the slip road, you will come to a roundabout; take the second exit towards Grantham. Travel under the A1 flyover and take the first turn on the left, signposted the A1 South, London and Stamford. You will come to a small roundabout; take the second turn off and the hotel entrance will be to your the right.

From the West From the A52 take the A1 South. Then take the A607 Grantham, Melton Mowbray turn off. At the end of the slip road is a small roundabout; take the first exit on the left and then turn immediately right into the hotel entrance. Follow the A52 into Grantham, past the Prince William of Gloucester Barracks and to the set of traffic lights at the bottom of the hill. At these traffic lights, continue straight over, signposted towards A607 Melton Mowbray. At the end of this road, you will come to another set of traffic lights with a pub on the right, turn left here. You will go past the fire station on your right, take the next turning on the right signposted A1 South, London, and Stamford. You will come to a small roundabout, take the second turn off and the hotel entrance is on the right.
