WHAT’S IT CALLED NOW? “RAMON LLULL

SECONDARY SCHOOL”

The present building, as we see it in this picture, opened in 1916. It was called “Ramon Llull” in honour to a great Majorcan philosopher and writer from the XIII th. century.

Since that time it has always stood out by its tolerance and, at times, ultramodernity for a society as conservative as Majorcan was .
