Rangeland Energy is a midstream company founded in 2009 and focused on owning and operating midstream assets. Rangeland serves North America’s re� ners, marketers and producers by facilitating the movement of re� ned products, LPGs and crude oil. Led by a proven leadership team with more than 200 years of midstream experience with integrated energy companies and large midstream operators, Rangeland is backed by capital commitments from EnCap Flatrock Midstream.

From its formation in 2009, Rangeland has successfully developed two major green� eld rail terminals. The COLT Hub, the largest open-access crude oil marketing hub serving the Bakken, and the RIO System in the Delaware Basin of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. Rangeland’s third major rail terminal, the STEPS terminal in Corpus Christi, will be operational in June of 2018.
