It was agreed t h e men p r e s e n t would a s k t h e b u s i n e s s men of F r a n k f o r t t o dona te $ S f o r t h e purpose of s t a r t i n g a Babe Ruth team. On t h e uniforms would read "Frankfor t Merchants."

Other ways & means f o r Babe Ruth boys t o r a i s e money was d i s c u s s e d : Car s t i c k e r s , c a r washing, snow s h o v e l i n g and movies. Also d i s c u s s e d was each boy paying a n e n t r a c e f e e of $3 o r $ 5 . T h i s i s common p r a c t i v e i n many leagues r e - por ted Gerry F r a n c i s .
