Rapid COVID-19 Testing forState Employees

State employees and contractors are highly encouraged to obtain testing for the COVID-19 virus at any of the 13 First Care Clinics’ locations or the drive-thru testing site located at the Sower Building in Frankfort. With supervisor prior

approval, all Executive Branch state employees will be given up to two (2) hours, with reasonable drive-time, to register for and complete their test at any of the

locations. Testing dates and hours are provided below.

Tuesday 5/11- Wednesday 5/12: 7am-12pm

Prior to your visit, fill out your basic information and choose atime slot that works for you. Then proceed to upload a picture ofyour drivers license and complete registration. Registration mustbe completed in order to be tested. Please use your legal namewhen registering or you will not be able to log into your patientportal

When you arrive at your scheduled visit time, pleasecheck-in at the tent. Then proceed through registrationand swabbing tents.

For State employees/contractors outside of Frankfort:

Prior to your visit, fill out your information and choose a timeslot that works for you. Then proceed to upload a picture ofyour drivers license, and enter health insurance information.During registration, confirm that you are a 'State of Kentucky'employee and enter employee ID.

Most insurance plans have waived copays, so we will not collectanything for the visit. If you are uninsured, we will enroll you in the

HRSA Uninsured Patient Program for full coverage of your visit.

Every patient will receive an email containing your test resultswithin 2 hours of your visit (see attached instructions).All patients with a positive result will be contacted by a nursepractitioner immediately. Please make sure you have entered avalid email address that only you have access to.
