48mm diameter jack with 500mm of adjustmentThe stiffer Rapidshor jacks provide far greater adjustment without bracing than most competitor systems leading to reductions in material, erection time and costs.

In DetailEasy to use

74kN leg loadingThe Rapidshor shoring system was designed to give a high leg loading of 74kN. This has been achieved by using 60mm tube for standards, using high strength lightweight steel, with 48mm thick tube adjustable jacks. Parts are plated or galvanised for protection.

VersatileEach standard has lug cluster disks fully welded at 500mm increments along their length, symmetrically from each end. This means that the open-ended standards can be erected either way and accessories can easily be attached.

A range of StandardsBoth open ended and regular standards are available at four sizes from 1 to 2.5m providing greater versatility.

Tilting heads and basesThey tilt up to 30 degrees, this eliminates the need for the use of timber wedges to overcome sloping ground and elevated slabs.

Adjustable jackManufactured from 48 x 5mm thick high-grade steel tube with a modified acme rolled thread, giving a range of adjustment from 25mm - 540mm.

Quick and easy standard bracesFixed length with plated forged brace ends pressed onto the brace tube at each end. Each brace end has a machined bull nosed stud welded onto it with a shoulder for positive locking action against the catch of the ledger.

In DetailFast and Efficient

Rapidshor ledgerEight standard sizes of ledgers are available from 0.3 to 3m, which gives Rapidshor more versatility.

Deck UnitsDeck units provide a safe and convenient working platform for your workers.

Rapidshor U-headsThree U-heads are available: one is 182mm wide and another is 220mm wide, and the third is the tilt head which is also 182mm.

Long and short adjustable bracesTwo adjustable braces are available for bracing the adjustable bases and 'U' heads. Locating studs incorporate a key which locates and fixes through the base bracing plate keyed holes, eliminating expensive, time consuming, tube and fittings.

The ledgers have cast ends which incorporate locating holes for braces and locking wedges for easy connection to the Standard lug cluster.

Rapidshor Ledgers

The Rapidshor captive deck system provides a safe and convenient working platform. A deck infill is fitted at the edge of two sides of the bay and then the required number of deck units are fitted in between.

Components

The Braces, which are manufactured from 48.3mm O.D. high grade galvanised steel tube, incorporate studs at each end. The Braces are readily connected into holes within the Ledgers only.
