!Vineyard Informa6on:

!The vineyards include approximately 36.33 +/-‐ acres planted to primarily red grapes including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, PeYte Verdot, Merlot, and Malbec. The current owners have made significant monetary investments in the vineyards to improve quality, enhance vine and soil health and add new planYngs.
