7. IS GTZ -European Union and COPREDEH Programme “Fight against exclusions in Guatemala”. International expert on gender and multiculturalism. The Programme seeks the social inclusion of indigenous and rural woman in Guatemala, the enforcement of their human rights, the implementation of equity policies, and the eradication of discrimination. Tasks: a) To provide technical advice to the team in the preparation of projects and biddings, in order to mainstream a gender vision, women’s rights and indigenous rights, b) To provide capacity building to national organizations (such as COPREDEH, DEMI, Foro de la Mujer, Ministries, etc.); social, indigenous and women’s organizations; to other European Union project teams (related to justice, human rights, indigenous rights, etc.), the academia, etc., d) To participate at the European Union Gender team, and e) To participate at GTZ training activities.
