Candidate is required to carry 2 Passport size latest color photographs for the

examination.

Candidate should carry identity proof such as Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving

Licence or any other proof recognized by Govt., supporting the address mentioned

Candidate shall occupy her allotted seat half an hour before start of examination

answer sheet shall be treated as invalid.

candidate will submit an application to Center Superintendent / invigilator with a

self attested photo copy of admit card and photo identity card at least 45 minutes

prior to commencement of examination with request for appearing in the

examination. Center Superintendent / invigilator will allow such candidate to

appear in examination provisionally.
