With the new SelfCookingCenter® 5 Senses and the unique baking processes customers reach optimum results with off-baking products. It means especially for the huge target group „Bake and Snack“ we have an ideal off-baking and cooking solution unit.

To deliver even more flexibility for the “Bake and Snack” segment RATIONAL offers for the table top units Type 61 and 101 special hinging racks. These hinging racks can be loaded with trays and containers in baking size 400 x 600 mm as well as for1/1 Gastronorm size.
