“ในกรณทสถานทดาเนนการตอสตว มการดาเนนการตอสตวเฉพาะสตวชนดแมลง แมง หอย หมก ป หรอกง เทานน อนโลมใหองคประกอบของคณะกรรมการกากบดแลมได ไมนอยกวา ๕ คน โดยตองประกอบดวยกรรมการทมคณสมบตตามขอ(๑) (๓) (๕) และ (๖) อยางละไมนอยกวา ๑ คน และผทมความเชยวชาญเฉพาะดานในสาขานนๆ จานวนไมนอยกวา ๑ คน“
