RBS WELCOMES THREE NEW PARTNERS
We are pleased to announce the addition of Silvana Facchin, Greta Reiten, and Nick Safarik to the
partnership. “It is gratifying to see such quality lawyers join our partnership as we continue to build for the
future”, said Managing Partner, Jeff Lowe, Q.C.
Silvana Facchin is a senior member of the firm’s Business Law and Wealth Preservation groups, and
manages our Corporate Services Department.
Greta Reiten is the Practice Group Leader of our Family Law practice, and handles all matters affecting
married and common law partners and families, guardianship, parenting time, residency, child and spousal
support, property division, trusts, divorce and adoption. In addition, she has years of experience in general
litigation and municipal legal matters.
Nick Safarik’s practice focuses on wills and estates litigation, insurance defence and general commercial
litigation.
