    RC3 Committee Application

    The RC3 Committee will be in charge of planning RCCAs grandest event, the RC3: RotmanCommerce Consulting Conference. In its inaugural year, RC3 was attended by 110 students, andrepresentatives from McKinsey & Company, SECOR Consulting, BMO and many formerconsultants. The Conference provides students with opportunities to learn transferable skillsthrough a variety of workshops, and is a valuable opportunity to hear from knowledgeablekeynote speakers, and network with other consultants and students.

    The RC3 committee is a new initiative being launched by the RCCA to enable theConsulting Conference to surpass its initial success. As a member of the RC3 Committee, you willbe responsible for planning the Conference during the summer time (at least two months) andthroughout the year. You are expected to attend regular meetings and will work with the rest ofthe committee members and the RC3 Chair in brainstorming the logistics, preparing the

    Conference materials, and promoting the event, among other tasks.If you would like to be involved in creating and planning RCCAs foremost event and being

    part of the RCCA team, and feel that you have the dedication, reliability, and creativeness to doso, please submit your application and rsum.     3. What experiences do you have organizing and planning events (inside and outside of Commerce?)How did your personal attributes help you lead to a successful outcome?

    4. How do you plan on balancing your academics and extra-curricular activities to ensure that you are

    able to attend all meetings and complete your responsibilities? Do you have any time constraintsthat may prohibit you from attending meetings or events (Work P/T or F/T, vacations)?

    5. Will you be available in August for meetings and preparation for the upcoming year?
