We .are pleased to note that despite facing s e r i 0 . u ~ resource and capacity constraint, th,e Timor Leste Government has accepted a large number of reccrrnmendations fowarded by rnernber countries. W e are .encouraged to note. that Tj.mo.i teste has already started taking --necessary steps fowards íniplementing many :of the recomrnendatÍonc. We vi.ew fhis as a positive approach ori ths .parf of Phe Governm.ent.
