Barn Conversion to Residential Dwelling Pudsey, Leeds A contemporary interior within a traditional barn. The scheme proposed the

conversion of an existing barn to provide a 3 bedroom dwelling with outbuildings in the Greenbelt. The scheme used traditional materials in a contemporary style internally to propose an open plan living area at ground floor level with a glass bridge crossing above to connect the upper level.

Private House Wilmer Drive, Bradford An Environmentally sustainable scheme. A new detached family

home of approximately 4,500sqft with integral double garage and guest suite/ separate quarters. The scheme took advantage of the steeply sloping site to propose an upside down house with living accommodation on the upper level and bedrooms to the lower level. All with views looking out over the valley beyond.

while also improving disabled access and provision. A modern interpretation of the existing High Victorian style with a modern ‘glass box’ link that sits subservient to the main building in the existing grounds .

The Refurbishment of 5 Cottages, Cheapside, Knaresborough The project involved the survey and preparation of 5 existing terraced cottages to provide existing and

proposed drawings for the complete refurbishment of the 5 traditional cottages. The works included external window repairs, stone repairs and cleaning, roof repairs, and internally the complete upgrading of fixtures and fittings including new electrics, heating, bathrooms and kitchens. All carried out to the highest standards.

3 New Build Terrace Houses in an Existing Residential Setting, Leeds Road, Dewsbury A contemporary vernacular style residential infill block, designed to sit within an

existing residential setting to provide three compact, economical, low energy houses. The scheme required the remodelling of the external landscape areas to provide dedicated parking for the existing and new houses including providing private and shared open space facilities for all residents.

Change of Use of Existing Mill, Tetley Street, Bradford A scheme to provide a possible 43 self contained student units within an existing Mill in the heart of

Bradford. The scheme proposed a communal set up with a central heating system, wifi and gym for use by all, while each iself contained unit had its own kitchen, shower room and open plan living / sleeping area. Contemporary student accommodation within an existing former Mill.
