K a r m a is the Law of Reaction to Action in the lower spiritual realms in which live re­incarnating, or unperfected, men.

Hence as a man sows, so does he reap. All acts, all emotions, all thoughts, all motives, produce their just returns of action either in the life-time in which they occur or in a subsequent life-time.

R e i n c a r n a t i o n is the return of men to that phase of life in cycles which must be lived in human physical bodies.

Hence every man lives many times on earth. Men do not cease to live; they merely change their mode of living. This recurrence of life “on earth” takes place for each man until he reaches the knowledge and the power to maintain life in the higher realms of spirit.
