PC SettingsYou can change the various game settings so that they are appropriate foryour computer. The choices that you can make may vary based upon yourcomputer environment.

Screen ResolutionAllows you to set Motion Blur (The expression of blur to show objects inmotion) on or off. When it is on you can enjoy a more natural feeling to

your game, but it increase the burden on the PC.

Motion Blur

Allows you to set the shadow quality. When it is set to High, you canenjoy the game with higher quality shadows, but it increases the burdenon the PC.

Shadow Detail

Allows you to set the texture quality. When it is set to High, you canenjoy the game with higher quality texture, but it increases the burden on

the PC.

Texture Detail

Allows you to set the screen quality. When it is set to High, you canenjoy the game with higher quality screen, but it increases the burden onthe PC.

Overall Quality

Change the display frequency.

Refresh Rate

When this is on, you suppress page tearing, but even if the PC hascapabilities, there is a chance that the designated frame rate wont comeout.

Vertical Sync

You can change the frame rate (how many times the screen images areproduced in one second) . The higher the number, the smoother the

appearance of the screen. When you set to Vary, it provides a higherframe rate depending upon your PC.

Framerate

Decide whether to use or not use Anti-Aliasing (the processing the makessuppresses the screens jerky feeling). The higher the number, the greatergraphics you will be able to enjoy, but it places a burden on the PC.

Anti-Aliasing

You can toggle between Window and Full Screen.

Display Mode

Estimates the processing speed of your PC.

The contents of the test change every day, so there may bedifferences is the results even in the same environment, butallows for a more realistic simulation of what the game playingis like.

Test content is the same each day, so you can more accuratelydetermine the results of making changes to the environment.

After working with a partner to activate a mechanism, you may encounter a raresituation in which the game cannot advance any further after Co-Op Play is ended.

If game play cannot continue, please open the Pause Menu and choose restart.

HOSTING A GAME

Select the hosting option from the NETWORK screen when you select eitherNEW GAME or CHAPTER SELECT from the PLAY GAME menu.(You can play through the game while waiting for another player to join.)

History

In order to obtain a sample of theT-Veronica virus, Wesker attacksRockfort Island with his ownprivate military force and releases

the T-Virus onto the island.

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

CAPCOM ENTERTAINMENT, INC.(CAPCOM) warrants to the originalconsumer that this game disc from CAPCOMshall be free from defects in material andworkmanship for a period of 90 days fromdate of purchase. If a defect covered by thiswarranty occurs during this 90-day warrantyperiod, CAPCOM will replace the game discfree of charge.To receive this warranty service:1. Notify the CAPCOM Consumer ServiceDepartment of the problem requiring warrantyservice by calling (650) 350-6700. OurConsumer Service Department is in operationfrom 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time,Monday through Friday.2. We recommend sending your gamedisc certified mail. CAPCOM will replace thegame disc subject to the conditions above. Ifreplacement game discs are not available, thedefective product will be returned to you andthe $20.00 payment refunded.
