Formation of Groups:Formation of SHGs shall be done by the field staff of RFMC. Project

of RFMC. Field staff may bring the SHGs who are completed one year.

Manager should verify the groups in field for loan pre sanction andpost sanction.

6. End Utilization:End utilization of the funds may be verified by the branch head along

with the PMjAPM.

7. Follow-up an9 Recovery.All loan accounts shall be monitored by the branch. All branch j filed

staff shall involve themselves in recovery work.

7. Trainings:Conducting Mass meeting, A&RTraining and skill trainings atleast

once in every month.

8. Other SHG Products:Analyzing the scope for the implementation of other SHG products viz

Micro Housing, YSHGs at the time of end use verification or conduct of massmeetings. •

Role in Fund Management:

1. Requirement of Fund should be preplanned.2. Loan disbursement date should be planned on the base of fund position of

the Head office.3. Requirement of fund for loan disbursement may be informed by E-mail

through Head Office by Previous day (mentioning date of disbursement)4. Inform to Concerned Repco Bank Branch head one day before funds

required.- 5. Confirmation from the SHGs must be obtained on the day of disbursement

before informing the HO for funds requirement.

Role in HRD:

1. All Branch staff and field staff are under administrative control of MSMEBra.""lchManager. •

2. Performance of staffs should be appraised periodically.3. Refreshment meeting should be conducted periodically.4. Manager shall coordinate with RFMCStaffs for business growth and smooth

function.5. Staff card and leave particulars should be updated periodically.

Role in CBS IT Related:

1. Checking of the anti-virus in MSME Systems on daily basis.2. Usage of the ATFCleaner on daily basis.3. Follow up of CBS guidelines and regular updation of the same as per the

instructions from HO.

4. AMC should be renewed periodically for the computer & accessories by theBranch Manager

Roles in MSMEURL:

1. Vault and cash opening done by branch manager and to be approved byPMIAPM/Senior most Assistant.

2. Loan creation, disbursement, and challans should be approved by BM.

3. All SHGs must be provided with the Smart Card. For overdue Alcs and theSHGs not having smart card facility manual entries shall be done. Themanual entries regarding Repco Bank transaction shall be done with theprescribed time schedule at the MSME center and it should not affect theEOOwork of that concerned branch.

4. Sundry Creditor General Adjustment-SHG and Sundry Creditor GeneralAdjustment should be Nil everyday.

5. The Cash Balance at the end of every working day will be remitted in thenearest Repco Bank Branch into the SB Alc of MSMEwith T Nagar Branchor designate the other Bank branches as the case may be.

6. The Branch Manager is responsible for remittance of cash collections madeby all satellite centers and should ensure to remit the cash into SB Ale ofMSMEwith T Nagar Branch on the same day.

7. Cash ,Vault shall be closed by branch manager & all the transaction shouldbe verified before giving EOO.

8. Verification of Vouchers, Cashbook and Trail Balance on daily basis.

9. At the satellite centre, the MSME transactions shall be approved by therespective MSME branch head and EOO may be given accordingly afterverification of all transaction.

IO.At the satellite centre - officials incharge of centre shall be responsible formaintenance of all original vouchers and they shall be transferred to mainbranch. on a weekly basis against acknowledgement by authorize official ofthe mam. branch .. However all loan documents shall be in the joint custodyof authonzed offiCialsat the main branch.

11.When the BM is on OO/Leave, the PMI APMmay be designated for theapproval authority for the daily transactions of the branch.
