It provides a structured process for sharing and managing the work.

It ensures articulation and alignment at every level of the school district.

It serves as the vehicle for monitoring student results, teaching strategies, and providing leadership support.

Sample District Data Team Model:•The monthly administrative team meeting and monthly principals’ curriculum meetings will be consolidated into one monthly meeting.•This meeting will be held on the second Thursday of each month beginning at 8 a.m. and concluding at 11 a mconcluding at 11 a.m.•The structure of each meeting will be as follows:

•1st Hour: Operational meeting•2nd Hour: District data teams•3rd Hour: Elem./Sec. curriculum meeting
