Read and select I Agree

1) Navigate to https://www.jccs.gov

Select “GOVT USERS LOGIN” to access a list of

applications

2) To login to cASM, select “GOV’T USERS LOGIN” button to access application list

Locate cASM and select “Launch”

3) Locate cASM from the application list and click on “Launch” button to launch cASM (Note: the cASM application opens in new tab/window, please be sure to disable pop-blocker)

When attempting to access cASM, you will be prompted

for your credentials.

Select non email CAC certificate, and proceed to

login to cASM

4) On the new tab/window, please select the appropriate CAC certificate. The user should be automatically logged into the cASM application and will be able to see cASM dashboard.

5) Click on “Continue to this website (not recommended)”

5) If the user is first time user who has not registered their CAC into cASM application for login, they will be brought to the following screen. Please use the username and password provided cASM helpdesk to login and register CAC. (Please note this screen will only be available in the event where user needs to register for CAC, users who are already registered in the system will be logged into the application automatically)

6) If this is the first time user is accessing cASM, the user will not be above proceed further. Please contact cASM helpdesk to establish a new account.
