Why Do We Need Images?

Banijay Rights requires stills for a range of promotional formats, including our catalogues, website, printed materials and even large scale graphics specifically on your title. The more visually interesting, descriptive and enticing stills you provide us with, the more likely it is to grab the attention of international broadcasters. We use a wide range of marketing tools so having a good variety of images to choose from is essential. The right image can be integral to getting your programme sold across the globe.

Banijay Rights Website

Our website is browsed by thousands of international broadcasters. Pictures on our homepage are used as links into the programme details. We only use the most exciting, arresting and curious images on this page, so it is vital that you submit high quality pictures if you want your programme to be featured here. The best images are also used on the programme listing page.

Print Catalogue

Pubished twice a year to coincide with international markets MIPTV and MIPCOM, this is one of our most important tools used

to promote all programmes currently on offer from Banijay Rights. Good imagery

can affect the size and position of your programme details in the catalogue.

Bespoke Brochures

For specific trade events and sales trips, brochures are produced. A selection of great imagery to design with make these materials far more eye-catching and effective when presenting to buyers.

Advertising

Throughout the year we have pages allocated in multiple trade magazines worldwide, which are distributed to buyers in all territories. If we have a selection of great images to choose from we can design striking trade ads to catch the eye of the buyers reading the magazines. We also advertise with these publications online, driving viewers to your programme on our website.

TV Market Graphics

Our teams visit and exhibit at hectic marketplaces for the international television industry. Here, buyers are bombarded with floor to ceiling advertising from producers and distributors from around the world, and your programme is competing amongst them. We use images from your programmes to make our exhibitor booths stand out from the crowd. We always need a variety of fresh, powerful, eye catching and definitive pictures that will grab the attention of the buyers. Further to our stand graphics, Banijay Rights also produce large format graphics, outdoor graphics, promotional gifts and roller banners for our TV Markets.

VOD Platform Sales

An increasing number of our clients are asking for more and more artwork to be delivered to them in quite specific formats. This is to enhance the user experience of consumers of VOD platforms for example, as well as being able to use the artwork for websites, user interfaces, applications, blogs, social networking sites etc. The more you can deliver, the more appealing we can make your content for consumers across all platforms and enhance any experience they have with it.

E-newsletters & E-shots

Throughout the year Banijay Rights send e-newsletters and e-shots highlighting new programming, exceptional ratings, sales news or press reviews to buyers registered on our website; striking, vibrant stills which really highlight the concept of the show further increase buyers attraction to your programme encouraging them to find out more.

Press & Social Media

We use images to accompany press releases, features and listings. Publications very rarelyfeature a programme if we cannot provide animage to go with the information. We also use

images for posts on social media pages such as Twitter and Facebook as they generally generate

more impressions, engagement and interactions.
