Buy-in from their manager and their senior management. A feeling of belonging to a team.Mutual support structures

A clear vision, endorsed by senior management. A plan of execution and ramp-up plan

Homework exercises, fun examples, time from management to experiment.

A purpose Find examples of how Social can help them do their job - without it they won’t believe.
