Take your first measurement from the body line where the flare meets the body. Your first mark will be 5.25” down from this line. Take the second measurement from the same line, just where it starts to angle up. is mark will be 5.75” down from the body line. Use masking tape to form a line between these two marks. • Bracket & exhaust removalRemove tow hooks and bumper brackets from both sides of the frame. Remove the rear exhaust from hanger.

NOTE: It may be necessary to bend and/or cut the exhaust hanger down for clearance after install.

NOTE: It may be necessary to smooth the sides and bottom of the frame rails for proper fit when installing the bumper.

• Bumper installPosition the bumper on the frame rails. Once in place slide the spacer brackets in between the bumper and frame rails. Use the 8mm hardware and washer plates in the four outer holes of the frame. At this point double check your cut line and make adjustments as needed on both sides of the vehicle. Once the cut line looks good remove bumper and install the rubber body trim.

NOTE: You may need to remove and reinstall the bumper when checking the cut line.

• Final installAfter the trim is added reinstall the bumper using the 8mm and 12mm hardware as shown in the previous step. Use the bolts from the factory hitch to secure the mid section of the bumper. Two above the hitch and two below.
