Like all good things, LES MILLS GRIT comes in three styles – Cardio, Strength and Plyo. Each workout is set to the latest music which motivates you to challenge your physical limits.

LES MILLS GRIT Strength Uses barbells, plates and bodyweight exercises to make you strong, toned and unbelievably fit.

LES MILLS GRIT Plyo Explosive agility training to build a lean and athletic body.

LES MILLS GRIT Cardio Bodyweight exercises with a focus on speed and intensity to rapidly burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness.

WHAT IS GRIT?30 minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which is short rounds of high-intensity exercise followed by periods of recovery. The basic recipe is to go as hard as you can, rest and then repeat.

The secret to ultimate fitness and results is not in adding volume, but intensity. LES MILLS GRIT™ workouts are best served on top of some base fitness and other moderate intensity exercise. Just remember there can be too much of a good thing. HIIT is hard core and your body needs time to recover. Keep your LES MILLS GRIT sessions to 2-3 times a week (maximum) as part of a wider fitness diet.
