The patient came to the out patient
department of pedodontics, with a chief complaint of broken front upper tooth 24 hours before.

• The patient was physically healthy and had no history of relevant medical complications.
• Patient gives history of trauma during a fall while playing at home in upper front tooth
region of mouth 24 hours before.
• Patient has preserve the broken fragments of the fractured tooth

Intra-oral examination• Intraoral examination revealed patient in mixed dentition stage with an Angle's class I molar relationship bilaterally present.•Clinical examination showed :Tooth fracture i.r.t 11(Elli’s Class II#)
Tooth is asymptomatic, no pain on percussion.
