+rincial' rescreened alicants as re;-isitioned b-t the emloyer shallaro$e the .inal list o. selected candidates .or s-bse;-ent deloyment and

that selection shall satis.y the re;-irements o. the mloyer .or all intentand -roses!< The ser$ices o. the Legal Reresentati$e shall incl-de' b-t not limited to

medical e#amination' rocessing' doc-mentation' mandatory brie.ing

orientation on the wor7ing and li$ing conditions at the co-ntry o. emloyment (9A)' .acilitation doc-mentation .or tra$el li7e sec-rity and

2.0 FEES AN& TERMS OF !A3MENT1

4.0 TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT1

  <! The mloyer shall be solely resonsible .or and bear e#enses o. sec-ring

  entry $isa2wor7 ermits o. acceted wor7ers and their tic7eting e#cet when  it shall re;-est its legal reresentati$e to do so

5.0 EM!LO3MENT CONTRACT

7.0 RES!ONSIBILITIES OF T8E FOREIGN EM!LO3ER%!RINCI!AL1

  enhance the wel.are and rotect the rights o. 3iliino wor7ers hired -nder   his agreement in accordance with the laws o. 9nited Arab mirates and

  in accordance .-rther with the best ossible treatment already tended to

  other .oreign wor7ers in the wor7site

mloyer2+rincial shall not be reimb-rsed the amo-nt he aid to Legal

9.0 SETTLEMENT OF &IS!UTES1
