The 90-seater Lambs Club grill restaurant fea-

tures the original limestone fireplace, with

dark, lacquered wood wall panels, built-in red

leather banquettes and bright chrome light fix-

tures. The menu focuses on traditional American

cuisine and seasonal ingredients, overseen by

Geoffrey Zakarian.

The hotel's restaurant is named after the origi-

nal building, The Lambs Club which was the home

of the first theatrical society in the US.
