C. Undertaking of CTC

CTC will provide the use ofCTC's common lines by an IXC for access to end users. The procedure for recovering the Carrier Common Line revenue requirement are set forth in these rules and regulations.

D. Obligations of the Customer

1. Any switched access service associated with Carrier Common Line Access shall be ordered under other sections of this tariff.

2. The IXC facilities at the premises of the ordering IXC shall provide the necessary on-hook and off-hook supervision.

1. The Carrier Common Line Access Charge will be billed to the Alaska Universal Service Administrataive Company (AUSAC) under this tariff in (C) accordance with the regulations set forth below. (C)

2. eTe shall determine the total dollar a..T!lOlint of the CCL revenue requirement to be recovered from AUSAC as follows: (C)

The monthly AUSAC CCL billing will be determined by first multiplying CTC's monthly rate cap by CTC's revenue producing (C) switched access lines and then subtracting monthly Network Access (C) Fee (NAF) revenues. The number of revenue producing access lines shall be based either on the average of beginning of period and end of period number of lines for the month in which NAF revenues were derived, or based on such other line count method approved by the Commission that is reasonably synchronized with the billing period.
