How to add – Recent economic developments documents

1. You will first need to add your document (pdf file) into the News and Publications list Note: ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN PDF FORMAT

2. Click on the CCBG Home button

3. Click on Site actions and select View all Site Content

4. The View All Site Content screen will open

5. Select or click on the News and publication list form the lists list

6. The News and Publications list will display on your screen

7. To add/create a new publication for release you will need to do the following: a. Click on Items b. Click on New Item c. Click on New Item

8. The News and publications – New item form will open, you will now have to add the content.

9. Add the following content:

a. TITLE: Title of your release b. PUBLISH DATE: Select the date of the release c. CONTENT: Add content for your release

CATEGORY: Select the category your publication will need to be added by selecting the “ ” option to display the valid choices

11. The Select Category window will open. Select your category from the list and click on Select to add

12. The Select Category window will open.

a. Select your category from the list and click on Select to add b. Click OK

Note: You must select the category else document will not display in the list

13. SCHEDULING START DATE: Select the publication date (when it must show on the SARB Internet website). Use “on the following date” if the publication is set for embargo time ELSE leave it on Immediately.

14. TIME: Select the embargo time (time the publication needs to go live). 15. SCHEDULING END DATE: Leave on Never

16. What’s New: Check the What’s New to display publication in the What’s New area on the home page 17. Attach your pdf file

a. Click on Attach File

18. Click on Browse to select the appropriate file and click on OK

19. Attached file will display in the Attachments area.

20. If you need to add more pdf’s, use the attach file option again to attach more documents. 21. Click on Save

22. To publish this document refer to the “Publishing of items (Reports/Integrated papers/ Recent Economic

Development/Publications) from Extranet to Internet” document
